A: An emulator is a software program that makes your computer (preferably an IBM or a computer

Is compatible) think it's an 8 bit Nintendo, or an Atari. It could also be an 16 bit super Nintendo, or Sega Genesis.
You can also use an arcade emulator to play the real arcade ROMs (game files)!!!!
Q: What are ROMs?
ROMs are the games that are or were converted or changed so that they can be played on the emulators.
